Modern Slavery

Aquaspersions understands that currently, across the globe, there are estimated to be over 40 million people in modern slavery and that this problem is growing. Modern slavery includes human trafficking, forced labour, bonded labour and child labour. Our company is committed to the protection of human rights and works in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, which include Goal 8: decent work and economic growth.
Aquaspersions will act in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act (2015) and articles 5 and 6 in the Malaysian constitution, the Anti-trafficking in persons Act and Penal code.
